Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage mechanical service projects from inception to completion.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in mechanical services.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
