Project Manager
A growing general contractor with a strong mission critical pipeline across the Southeast is looking for a Project Manager to deliver large-scale data center projects. You'll get real ownership, direct client exposure, and a clear path to senior leadership in a business that's investing in its people.
What you'll be doing
- Managing ground-up data center projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Owning budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
- Leading project engineers and working closely with superintendents in the field
- Managing subcontractor buyout, contracts, and procurement of long-lead equipment
- Driving MEP coordination, RFIs, submittals, and commissioning schedules
- Acting as a key point of contact for owners, developers, and owner representatives
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in commercial construction, with time as a Project Manager
- Data center or mission critical experience is strongly preferred
- Experience delivering large, complex projects ($50M+)
- Solid understanding of heavy electrical and mechanical scopes
- Strong commercial skills across budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and build client relationships
- Willing to cover projects across the Southeast
