Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all regional operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility clients, engineering consultants, developers, and other strategic partners throughout the Western Region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting regional growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee multiple utility infrastructure projects, including substation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy-related work.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Lead regional financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Collaborate with utility customers to support capital improvement programs and long-term infrastructure initiatives.
- Direct resource planning, staffing, equipment allocation, and operational priorities across the region.
- Support recruiting, employee development, succession planning, and leadership growth initiatives.
- Maintain a strong culture of safety, operational excellence, quality, and accountability.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience within utility construction, power delivery, electrical infrastructure, or EPC environments.
- Strong understanding of substation construction, utility systems, transmission and distribution operations, and power delivery projects.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with utility customers and key industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing large project portfolios, regional operations, and business performance.
- Experience with financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and profit-and-loss responsibility.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
