Position Title: Senior Sales Manager - Indonesia
Reports To: Director of Sales - Southeast Asia
A global industrial solutions company is expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia's Mining & Minerals sector. We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive growth across the region and take ownership of our commercial strategy for advanced separation technologies.
This is a high-impact leadership role within a collaborative international team, ideal for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and driven by results.
Product & Market Focus:
Separation technologies (e.g. centrifuges, filter presses, dryers, screens) for clients in the Mining & Minerals industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage direct and indirect sales channels to deliver revenue and margin target
- Translate commercial strategy into actionable plans that drive order intake
- Analyze market dynamics and competition to shape a compelling value proposition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key mining clients and stakeholders
- Represent the region internally and externally as a trusted commercial leader
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience in the Mining & Minerals sector
- Deep knowledge of dewatering, thickening, and drying solutions
- Strong network across mining operators, distributors, and integrators
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, customer-first approach
- Based in Indonesia and open to travel (up to 60%)
