Location: Dallas, TX
I'm currently seeking experienced Senior Electrical Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, and mission critical construction projects throughout Texas.
This position is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in electrical contracting, project leadership, client management, and financial oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects from preconstruction through completion while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, billing, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Review contract documents and manage change orders, claims, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and general contractors.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects valued from $10M to $100M+.

- Strong understanding of project controls, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
