Senior MEP Manager
A leading owner's representative and construction management firm is seeking an MEP Construction Manager II to support large-scale mission-critical projects across the United States. Acting as the owner's onsite advocate, you will oversee MEP systems from pre-construction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role will be heavily involved in design review, MEP coordination, field oversight, contractor management, commissioning (L1-L5), and client-facing project leadership. Candidates should have strong experience within data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or complex infrastructure environments, with a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning processes.
The position offers long-term project opportunities nationwide, with significant travel and relocation support available. Ideal candidates will have experience representing owners or contractors on complex construction projects, managing multiple stakeholders, driving project execution, and ensuring successful system integration and operational readiness.
