What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of structural design experience, ideally with educational or institutional projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Revit, RAM, RISA, or similar).
- Strong understanding of steel and concrete design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do:
- Design and analyze structural systems for K-12 school facilities.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications that meet project and code requirements.
- Participate in site visits and construction administration to ensure design intent is achieved.
