I'm currently partnering with one of the Top 10 ENR-ranked electrical subcontractors in the United States to recruit experienced Electrical Superintendents for a number of major commercial construction projects across Central Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for established field leaders who enjoy driving project execution, developing Foremen, and delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

The Role
As an Electrical Superintendent, you'll play a key role in leading field operations and ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical field operations on assigned projects
- Lead and mentor Foremen and field personnel
- Manage manpower planning, workforce forecasting, and productivity
- Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Conduct planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards and contract requirements are met
- Champion site safety and company safety initiatives
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients
- Support workforce development, recruitment, and team growth
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of electrical construction experience
- 3+ years in a Superintendent position
- Proven success managing large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong background in manpower planning, scheduling, and field execution
- Experience within healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, education, or data center projects
- Ability to lead multiple Foremen and large field teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
