Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and full-scale building models using Revit for both new construction and renovation projects.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and integrate designs from external consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Produce high-quality design plans, drawings, and technical details.
- Participate in client presentations and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate design development.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
