Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Project Manager to lead high-impact projects across industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food & beverage. This role involves managing multiple automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage diverse automation projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project goals.
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices to ensure success.
- Monitor project scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project closure activities, including documentation and client handoff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in automation, control systems engineering, or related fields within life sciences, chemical, or food & beverage industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Engineering Technology.
- Strong understanding of project management principles; PMP certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in people management, including performance evaluations.
- Proven ability to lead projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
