Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key contributor to digital project delivery, supporting interdisciplinary teams and ensuring seamless model coordination. Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting consistent BIM standards across all projects and integrating client-specific requirements.
  • Working closely with project managers and design teams to maintain accurate, high-quality federated BIM models.
  • Troubleshooting model interoperability issues and providing hands-on modelling assistance when needed.
  • Developing and implementing project‑specific BIM Execution Plans.
  • Quickly learning new digital tools and sharing knowledge with colleagues to elevate team capability.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to produce coordinated models that follow established standards.
  • Occasional travel to client sites for meetings, model reviews, or coordination sessions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical competency, and a collaborative mindset. Requirements include:

  • Experience using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Preferred experience with Plant 3D and Revit.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary groups.
  • A proactive, curious attitude and commitment to continual learning.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and external clients.
