Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BIM team, setting the strategic direction for low voltage system design and integration.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to enhance project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers, ensuring seamless integration of low voltage systems.
- Oversee the production of detailed and accurate BIM models, driving consistency and efficiency.

- Provide training, mentorship, and support to the BIM team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BIM Director, BIM Manager, or similar role within the low voltage or electrical engineering sector.
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems, including structured cabling, security systems, and audiovisual technology.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing remote teams.
