The Opportunity
A well-established, national multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Civil Team Lead to play a key role in growing its Queensland presence.
This is a leadership position with a genuine mandate to build and shape a civil engineering capability - combining technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement.
The business has an established footprint across Australia and a strong pipeline of work spanning land development, urban infrastructure, and transport projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of civil engineering projects across QLD
- Build and grow a high-performing civil team
- Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting ongoing business development
- Provide technical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the civil discipline in the region
About You
- 10-15+ years' experience in civil engineering within a consultancy environment
- Strong background across land development and/or broader infrastructure
- Proven experience in team leadership and project delivery
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with BD exposure
- Chartered / RPEQ (or working towards) highly regarded
