We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead client engagement and project delivery for municipal and water infrastructure projects across Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advancing sustainable water solutions and building long-term partnerships with public sector clients.
About the Role:
As a Client Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex engineering projects, and guiding multidisciplinary teams. You'll contribute to initiatives such as water, stormwater and flood mitigation systems, and regional water quality and reuse programs that support resilient and sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, ensuring consistent service and satisfaction.
* Serve as the technical and strategic lead on major water infrastructure projects.
* Oversee project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
* Develop internal standards and best practices for engineering and project management.
* Provide strategic direction on complex technical and regulatory issues.
* Lead proposal development, client interviews, and contract negotiations.
* Identify and manage external partners.
* Represent the firm in professional associations through presentations, committee work, and leadership roles.
* Occasional travel within Wisconsin for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
* 13+ years of experience in water infrastructure, with a strong municipal focus.
* Proven track record in delivering projects such as treatment facilities, water reuse systems, pump stations, and pipeline networks.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
* Familiarity with Wisconsin DNR regulations, municipal procurement processes, and funding programs.
