Controls Engineer III

Responsibilities
Design and develop custom automation solutions using major industrial platforms (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition)
Lead on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of complex systems (approx. 20-35% travel)
Oversee system architecture and contribute to all stages of the engineering process
Provide technical mentorship and support collaborative project execution
Communicate clearly with clients and assist in proposal and business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related field)
Minimum GPA of 3.4
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation (PLCs, HMI, SCADA, robotics, machine vision)
Proficiency in text-based programming and object-oriented design
Strong system-level thinking and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client-facing projects
