Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Direct the design and construction process for complex, mission-critical projects. Manage internal teams, external consultants, client communications, quality assurance, and field coordination.
Financial Oversight: Maintain budget control, track profitability, manage billing and change orders, and proactively mitigate risks.
Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships and securing repeat business.
Team Development: Mentor engineering staff, delegate effectively, and ensure alignment across all technical disciplines.
Execution Excellence: Lead system testing, project turnover, and closeout with a focus on accuracy and quality.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
8+ years of industry experience, including at least 4 years in a project management role
Proven success with mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, healthcare facilities, energy infrastructure)
Strong knowledge of MEP/FP/FA systems and construction administration
Skilled at managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and reporting skills
Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance, and quality control standards
Innovative mindset and openness to AI and automation tools
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel up to 15%
