Electrical Project Manager
Position Details
Working with my client, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, timely project status updates to both clients and leadership.
- Manage all financial aspects of the project, including budget reports, cost and revenue projections, and change orders.
- Participate in project meetings with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Partner with stakeholders to keep scope and direction on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare detailed budget analysis reports, cost projections, and other necessary documentation.
- Delegate tasks effectively and mentor Project Engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback to support their growth.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage small teams.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Advanced project management expertise.
- Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in CADD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
