I am currently working with a well-established and rapidly growing electrical subcontractor with a strong presence across the Southeast and Texas. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services and continues to experience consistent year-on-year growth.
Due to an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of major projects.
The Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with all safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Developing and maintaining project budgets and forecasts
- Coordinating manpower, scheduling, procurement, and site logistics
- Monitoring project performance, including cost control and productivity tracking
- Leading and supporting project teams, including foremen and field staff
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in electrical project management
- Proven experience delivering commercial, mission-critical, or data center projects
- Strong understanding of estimating and electronic bidding software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
- Solid commercial awareness, including budgeting and cost control
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
