  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using meters, schematics, and field techniques.
  • Interface directly with customers, providing clear communication and professional technical support.
  • Document service work, testing results, and field reports.
  • Assist engineering teams with power system upgrades, retrofits, and system integration projects.
  • Support PLC‑based equipment as needed (troubleshooting a plus but not mandatory).

What You Bring

  • Experience in power systems and/or electrical distribution environments.
  • Strong understanding of electrical wiring, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Customer-facing communication skills and comfort working independently in the field.
  • Must reside in (or be willing to relocate to) the Washington, DC metro area.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with low/medium-voltage equipment
  • Power quality or UPS system experience
  • Basic automation/control systems exposure
  • Industry electrical certifications

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies across modern power and electrical systems.
  • Company invests heavily in training and development-continuous upskilling is part of the culture.
  • Enjoy a chilled 9-5, Monday-Friday schedule, offering true work‑life balance when not in the field.
  • Competitive salary aligned with the DC market.
  • Above‑market benefits, including 100% company‑paid health and medical coverage.
