The company is hiring a proven General Superintendent to lead the construction of a $200m high-rise in downtown Miami. This is a flagship, fast-paced tower project and requires an expert who has already delivered at least one high-rise project successfully.
This role is highly visible and critical to project success. We are looking for a hands-on field leader, who is comfortable walking driving the construction of the building daily.
Key responsibilities of the High-Rise General Superintendent include:
- Oversee all field operations, daily construction activities, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate all site superintendents (structural, MEP, interiors, exterior).
- Drive safety, schedule, and quality across the project.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Operations Directors, and executive leadership.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence.
Key requirements of the High-Rise General Superintendent include:
- Proven experience as a General Superintendent on high-rise construction.
- At least one completed high-rise project as the lead superintendent.
- Experience with 20+ story concrete structure.
- Strong knowledge of structure, concrete, sequencing, façade, and building systems.
- Ability to lead large teams.
