Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for transportation, water, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth in the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 4+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
