About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to support the I-4 Mobility Program, a major infrastructure initiative focused on express lane expansion and DOT modernization. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead geotechnical efforts, whilst overseeing lab and field operations while contributing to one of Florida's most significant transportation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory and field testing operations (approx. 50% of role)
- Provide geotechnical expertise for the I-4 Mobility Program over a 5-year period
- Ensure quality control and compliance with DOT standards
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors on high-profile infrastructure work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- P.E Licensure in Florida
- Familiarity with DOT standards and large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
