What You'll Do
- Lead and manage geotechnical projects from proposal through completion.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, including project management.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional client service.
