Highway Project Manager

Lead major highway and transportation projects that directly shape community infrastructure. This role provides autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to mentor a talented project team while building strong client relationships.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop project plans, quality plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.
- Monitor performance, manage risks, and support work order development.
- Prepare reports, review invoices, and lead presentations.
- Support proposals, interviews, and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in civil engineering (ABET accredited).
- 10-12+ years in highway/transportation engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred: PE license; experience with local/state agencies; knowledge of Design‑Bid‑Build, Design‑Build, and P3.
