About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to lead and manage land acquisition activities for large-scale renewable energy projects. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and coordination to secure land rights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end land acquisition processes, including due diligence, title reviews, and environmental assessments.
- Negotiate agreements for land use rights, easements, and access roads with property owners and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and external land acquisition teams to meet project milestones.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all land rights documentation for financing and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams on permitting, compliance, and project planning.
