Land Survey Project Manager
A leading civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join its Milwaukee, WI office. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead diverse surveying and mapping projects while contributing to the growth and innovation of the firm's operations in the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee land surveying projects including ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
- Utilize advanced technologies such as GPS, LiDAR, UAVs (drones), and traditional surveying methods.
- Supervise daily field and office operations, ensuring quality control and timely project delivery.
- Promote the integration of innovative Surveying, Mapping, and Geomatics technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional land surveying experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Wisconsin PLS license required or ability to obtain promptly.
- Business development experience is a plus.
