Land Survey Technician
Location: Kingston and Orleans, MA

My client is seeking a motivated Land Survey Technician with strong mathematical skills and a keen interest in land surveying processes and procedures. This role offers a balance of 50% field work and 50% office work, providing exposure to a wide range of surveying tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform boundary line traverse surveys and topographic/detail surveys.
- Download and post-process survey data.
- Prepare Existing Conditions Plans.
- Conduct construction layout using total stations, data collectors, GPS, and 3D laser scanning equipment.
- Maintain care of equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a customer-service-focused environment and represent the firm professionally.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Interest in pursuing a Professional Land Surveyor license (support provided).
