Summary of Position:

The client's sales team is seeking a self-motivated, strategic account executive with a strong background in event production and audiovisual solutions. This role involves developing and managing client relationships across New Jersey and nationwide, with a first-year revenue target of $1M. Ideal candidates are proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at managing multiple priorities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs
  • Guide clients through the full sales process
  • Maintain accurate records and track deals in the CRM system
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of client organizations
  • Conduct outreach via calls and emails to promote the client's services
  • Collaborate closely with project management to ensure seamless execution
  • Close deals that align with client goals and deliver high-value solutions

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of event production and audiovisual services
  • Experience managing national accounts and recurring event clients
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support wherever needed
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical understanding of AV or experience selling tech solutions
  • Proven track record of closing deals and cultivating long-term relationships
