About the Company

We are building the next generation of high‑performance digital infrastructure to support advanced computing at global scale. Our organization partners with leading AI labs, enterprises, and public‑sector stakeholders to deliver cutting‑edge facilities capable of supporting the most demanding workloads.

We move with urgency and operate with a culture of deep ownership, high standards, and commitment to excellence. If you're motivated by purpose, energized by complex engineering challenges, and excited about contributing to infrastructure that accelerates the future of intelligence, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineer on our Data Center Engineering & Design team, you will play a critical role in shaping high‑density, AI‑optimized facilities as we scale to multi‑gigawatt portfolios. This is a high‑impact, end‑to‑end engineering position in which you'll drive mechanical system design from early concept development and modeling through construction, deployment, and operational readiness.

You will lead the creation of modular mechanical design templates and supply‑chain‑aware solutions that support rapid global rollout. Acting as the technical connector between internal strategy teams and external partners, you'll ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with advanced cooling and power architectures. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in complex environments and want full ownership of mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of mechanical systems for high‑density, AI‑optimized data centers.
  • Develop and maintain modular mechanical templates enabling rapid, repeatable global deployment.
  • Serve as the technical interface between internal engineering teams and external consultants.
  • Integrate mechanical designs with advanced cooling and power architectures.
  • Own mechanical systems from initial concept and analytical modeling through construction and commissioning.
  • Apply strong analytical judgment-including CFD modeling and capacity planning-to inform system design.
  • Hold external partners accountable to technical standards while adapting to shifting project requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience designing large‑scale industrial or mission‑critical facilities, specifically data centers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high‑density cooling systems (e.g., liquid‑to‑chip, immersion).
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM for design development and template creation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including CFD and mechanical capacity modeling.
  • Proven ability to operate with extreme ownership and manage complex external relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Commitment to Equity

We are committed to pay equity, transparency, and creating an environment where all team members can thrive.
