Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle for technical equipment and services, including specification review, supplier selection, tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and construction teams to translate technical requirements into procurement strategies
- Evaluate suppliers based on technical competence, quality, cost structure, and project performance, and actively develop long-term partnerships
- Oversee purchasing activities across HVAC, electrical engineering, building automation, and related infrastructure packages
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications
- Conduct market research to identify new technologies, suppliers, and cost‑optimization potentials
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and reporting for stakeholders and management
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to technical procurement
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in technical procurement, ideally within building technology, data center construction, or other complex infrastructure projects
- Strong technical understanding and expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, or building automation
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong teamwork capabilities
- Business‑fluent German and good English skills (minimum B2 level)
