The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PFAS Practice Lead to spearhead our efforts in addressing one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a Seller/Doer who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence, client engagement, and business development.

As a key leader, you will shape the direction of our PFAS and emerging contaminants services, mentor the next generation of environmental professionals, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, science-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the firm's PFAS and Emerging Contaminants Practice across California and beyond.
  • Serve as a Seller/Doer, actively engaging in business development while managing and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Provide technical leadership on PFAS investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for clients in the public and private sectors.
  • Support hiring, training, and mentoring initiatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, regulatory forums, and client engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a focus on emerging contaminants, especially PFAS.
  • Strong background in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil or Chemical Engineering (California preferred).
  • Proven track record as a Seller/Doer with established client relationships and successful project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and technical approaches related to PFAS.
  • Passion for innovation, mentorship, and environmental stewardship.
