A globally recognized, design‑driven architecture and design firm is continuing to grow its Dallas studio and is seeking a talented Architect or Architectural Designer to join the team.
This role offers the chance to work on high‑profile, complex projects alongside a collaborative group of designers who value creativity, technical rigor, and professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to design and documentation across multiple project phases (concept through construction)
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, project architects, and consultants
- Develop drawings, models, and presentations that support strong design intent
- Participate in coordination, client interactions, and design reviews
- Support a culture of quality, mentorship, and thoughtful design
What They're Looking For
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 4+ years of experience (flexible depending on level)
- Strong design sensibility with solid technical fundamentals
- Proficiency in Revit (and familiarity with common design software)
- Experience working across project phases
- Licensed or actively pursuing licensure preferred
