Position Overview
The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple excavation and site development projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and play a critical role in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of excavation and site-prep projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in construction or excavation project management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with GPS-controlled equipment and site technology (preferred).
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required).
