About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee both ground-up and renovation construction projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects within one or more of the following sectors: Healthcare, Industrial, Higher Education, or Non-Profit.
This role requires a proactive leader with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Proven experience with both ground-up and renovation projects.
Sector-specific experience in Healthcare, Industrial, Higher Ed, or Non-Profit construction is required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
