Project Manager - Land Development
- Lead civil engineering projects in the Urban Development Practice Area, focusing on local projects and beyond as needed
- Prepare preliminary engineering reports, proposals, and project work plans
- Conduct site visits, document findings, and coordinate client management efforts
- Lead a team of engineers and drafters, providing guidance and mentorship
- Contribute to business development and pursue new opportunities with existing clients
- Ensure quality control measures are adhered to on projects and daily operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas
- 8-10 years of civil engineering design experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Project Manager experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
