🔥 Your Role:
As Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of fire protection projects-from pre-construction planning through to final commissioning. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and client expectations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of fire protection system installations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and field teams
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
✅ What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience in fire protection or MEP construction
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire suppression systems (wet, dry, foam, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- NICET certification or equivalent is a strong plus
