Project Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in the automation and electrical power space. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of project management experience, regardless of industry background, who is confident managing budgets, schedules, and change orders in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee project financials, including profit and loss tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to align project execution with technical and commercial goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management.
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and financial oversight (P&L).
- Experience managing change orders and adapting to evolving project scopes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus but not required.
