Location: Remote / Indiana
On-Site Requirement:
- First 6 months: 50% on-site in Indiana
- After 6 months: 25% on-site

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience managing DeltaV automation projects. While programming expertise in DeltaV is not required, you must have a strong understanding of the platform and proven experience overseeing projects involving DeltaV systems. This role is critical for delivering automation initiatives in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DeltaV-related projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, automation, and validation teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing automation or controls projects, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing.
- Direct experience with DeltaV systems (project management, implementation, or upgrade).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
