Project Manager - T&D/Substation Construction
Our Dallas team is looking for a driven Project Manager with experience in high-voltage substation and transmission line projects to lead utility-scale work across Texas.

Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage project performance, and ensure the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage substation and overhead/underground transmission projects (69kV-500kV)
Own project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables from kickoff to completion
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and transparency
Coordinate internal and external resources including engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
Ensure compliance with industry codes, utility standards, and environmental/safety regulations
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, estimates, and client presentations
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related technical field
4-8 years of progressive project management experience in T&D or substation environments
Strong working knowledge of utility project standards, permitting processes, and safety protocols
Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar systems
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills-internally and with clients
PMP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months) preferred
Familiarity with ERCOT utilities and regional regulatory requirements is a plus
