A regional, employee-owned engineering firm is expanding its transportation team and is seeking a Project Manager - Transportation to lead the design and delivery of roadway and highway projects across Wisconsin. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage impactful infrastructure projects that directly benefit local communities.

The Project Manager would be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing transportation infrastructure projects from planning through construction
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and technical staff
  • Ensuring compliance with Wisconsin DOT standards and procedures

The Project Manager should have the background of:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.)
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin (required)
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in transportation engineering
  • Demonstrated experience managing DOT-funded projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
