Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex water/wastewater projects in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing water/wastewater treatment plant or pump station projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
