About Us:

- Seeking someone to assist with investigations, report writing, and repair recommendations
- Pathway to leadership positions, including Vice President of Assessments
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Construction Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations and write detailed reports
- Provide repair recommendations
- Ensure accurate collection of information for properties under investigation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in technical writing, able to simplify complex concepts
- Hands-on experience with at least one major building system (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, repair, and restoration)
- Experience managing project teams, departments, or profit centers
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
