You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil engineering teams across multiple offices.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships throughout Alabama.
  • Oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare detailed work plans, proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Provide technical expertise and review design documents.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and support professional staff development.
  • Achieve annual operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Alabama.
  • 8-15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and construction administration.
  • Strong background in municipal, commercial, industrial, energy, residential, and land development projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent technical writing and proposal development abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Active involvement in the engineering community.
