Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering teams across multiple offices.
- Develop and maintain client relationships throughout Alabama.
- Oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare detailed work plans, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Provide technical expertise and review design documents.
- Coordinate with subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
- Mentor and support professional staff development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Alabama.
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and construction administration.
- Strong background in municipal, commercial, industrial, energy, residential, and land development projects.
