Role Overview
They are seeking a highly motivated Estimator and Project Manager to join their Houston team. This role is critical in driving project success by accurately assessing costs, preparing competitive bids, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional restoration and waterproofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for exterior restoration and waterproofing projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine scope.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate proposals.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Track project budgets and profitability throughout the lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in estimating within restoration, waterproofing, or building envelope sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience).
