What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of site/civil engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Analyze terrain, hydrology, and geologic data to inform smart, sustainable design.
- Navigate permitting processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare reports, specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- EIT certification required; PE preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in site/civil design (grading, drainage, stormwater, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
