About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical scopes on hyperscale data center projects for one of the leading electrical contractors building in the US. This is a high-impact role with one of the nation's leading electrical contractors, offering the opportunity to manage complex, fast-paced projects valued in the hundreds of millions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of electrical construction from preconstruction through closeout on hyperscale data center projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead project teams and ensure alignment with client expectations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
- Strong background in managing electrical scopes exceeding $100M.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites in Ohio or New Mexico.
Preferred:
- Experience working with top-tier general contractors or electrical subcontractors.
- Familiarity with Lean Construction, BIM, and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
