Senior Manager - Forensic Advisory (Non-Testifying Role)
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join their Forensic Advisory and Business Valuation Services team in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. This is a non-testifying role focused on forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and financial investigations.
This position is ideal for professionals with 7+ years of experience in public accounting or forensic advisory, looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial records and documentation to extract and summarize key findings
- Investigate accounting entries and identify unrecorded transactions
- Understand and trace the flow of financial data across systems and documents
- Collaborate with team members to develop presentations, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development efforts
- Maintain professional client interactions and uphold strict confidentiality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks in project execution and proposal development
- Draft reports, document requests, and correspondence for internal review
- Provide consistent progress updates to leadership
- Support forensic engagements with flexibility and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in public accounting or forensic advisory
- Master's degree in Accounting preferred
- CPA license or eligibility required
- Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, insurance, or valuation principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in business valuation (ABV or CVA designation preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- High energy, professional demeanor, and proactive mindset
