With flagship facilities already completed, including a 200 MW project in Texas and more than 1 GW in operation, the momentum is already real. Their newest development, a 592 acre, 10 billion dollar HPC campus in Louisiana, has just broken ground and is set to become one of the largest digital infrastructure projects in North America.

The Role
The Senior Project Manager for Data Centers will play a key role in delivering large scale hyperscale and HPC developments across the expanding portfolio. You will manage construction from early planning and preconstruction through commissioning while working closely with design, engineering, procurement, contractors, and leadership teams.
This is a hands on leadership position where you will help shape the delivery of some of the most significant new data center facilities being built today.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle project delivery for major data center developments from preconstruction through commissioning
- Oversee schedules, budgets, contractors, procurement activities, and on site coordination
- Work closely with internal development, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead contractor oversight, RFIs, risk management, and issue resolution
- Maintain safety, quality, and performance standards throughout every phase
- Provide leadership on multi hundred million dollar and gigawatt scale programs
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering mission critical, hyperscale, industrial, or large infrastructure projects
- Strong construction management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor oversight
- A proactive and decisive approach with the ability to lead fast moving on site execution
- Ability to coordinate complex technical inputs across multiple internal and external teams
