Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams across multiple concurrent developments.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and quality control processes.
- Provide strategic input during design and planning phases, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value developments on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and data center infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced certifications or PMP preferred).
