About the Opportunity:
A well-established geotechnical contractor in New England is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex ground engineering projects and mentor a high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for driving innovation in geotechnical construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple geotechnical projects from early-stage estimating through to construction and closeout.
  • Supervise and support project teams, ensuring quality, safety, and budget goals are met.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of advanced earth retention systems including secant walls, soil nails, tiebacks, micro-piles, and underpinning.
  • Play a key role in client engagement, proposal development, and business growth across the New England region.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to technical presentations and client education sessions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7-10 years of experience in geotechnical construction and project management, including team leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge of specialty foundation systems and ground improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in New England or willing to relocate.
